The Wandering Page
A blend of coffee shop, bookstore, lounge, and cafe.
Website: thewanderingpagecafe.com
Address: 3925 Farnam St, Omaha, NE 68131
This spot is a nice blend of coffee shop, bookstore, lounge, and cafe! It’s a great addition to Blackstone. And it makes for a cozy space to work, study, or catch up with a friend.
The Wandering Page hosts a variety of monthly book clubs from romance, thriller, fantasy, and fiction, and self-development — there’s something for everyone! They also do occasional book buybacks, book signings, book swaps, and more, so definitely keep an eye on their events calendar. (Or sign up for my events roundup newsletter so I can keep track of ‘em for you 🙃)
Parking
Parking lots: Right behind the building are 2 paid parking lots off 40th & Harney, though one of these is only available after 5pm and on weekends. Or a block to the west, there’s a free lot on the corner of 41st & Farnam that’s available after 5pm and on weekends.
Parking garage: The new garage is off 38th & Farnam and the first 2 hours are free.
Street parking: You can park for free in the surrounding neighborhood (I usually do this and will park a couple blocks south of Blackstone). Or there’s metered street parking along the main strip in Blackstone.
Metro Bus
