Previously known as The Jewell, Jewell on Capitol reopened to the public in 2024. This live music venue has shows every weekend, plus a selective menu of cocktails and small plates. Reservations are now recommended, though walk-ins are welcome as space is available. Some shows require a cover charge.
For my friends with dietary restrictions — gluten free and vegan/vegetarian items are marked on the menu. Plus items with nuts are marked. Many of the dishes can be modified to fit other dietary needs too, so ask your server if you need accommodations.
Parking
There’s metered street parking in the Capitol District. If you want a parking garage, route to Marriott/Capitol District Parking Garage on the corner N 12th and Davenport Streets. Then take the skywalk on level 4 over to the Capitol District courtyard.

Accessibility
Jewell on Capitol is accessible. There are no steps when accessing the venue from the entrance on the outside of the hotel (northwest end of the building). The tables (minus the bar height tables) are at an accessible height while using a wheelchair. Request a low table with chairs — not a booth since those are slightly elevated off the ground level.
