Heartwood Preserve
Heartwood Preserve is a new, mixed-used development in West O intended for retail, commercial, residential, and recreational space. The area contains Heartwood Park, which will developed into 80-acres of green space, bike paths, walking trails, and sidewalks. Heartwood Park hosts weekly free events for the public.

Accessibility
There are paved sidewalks leading up to the park. The main area in the park where the live music happens is on a large paved area, with no steps. The area with picnic tables is on gravel.
